In pursuit of liberty! Well, the Statue of Liberty, at least! That's the latest target for the two Decepticon Battlechargers, Runabout and Runamuck as they continue their madcap trip across America, defacing national monuments with graffiti as they go! What are Runabout and Runamuck up to? To be honest, nothing, really! What began as a simple mission to convey a challenge to Optimus Prime has become some idle fun for the mischievous duo. Will anyone be able to stop them? The forces of the Rapid Anti-robot Assault Team (RAAT) headed by Circuit Breaker, are certainly going to try. But against these two Decepticons (who have little regard for the surrounding human populace) it maybe more than they can handle! In fact, it could mean that Circuit Breaker will have to take what, for her, are the most drastic measures of all! Don't miss the appearance of the most bizarre Transformer ever!
