Summary Of This Issue:

The Throttlebots have arrived on Earth, but Freeway, Searchlight, Rollbar, Chase and Wideload aren't here to cure the Transformers afflicted with Scraplets, they're here to bury them! Anxious to prevent the spread of Scraplets beyond Earth, the Decepticons' fuel auditor, Ratbat, gives the Throttlebots a straight choice. Either they destroy the infected Transformers (Autobot and Decepticon alike) or Ratbat will destroy Earth!
