The search for fuel is on...again! of late, you may have noticed that the Decepticons' original plan; to bleed the Earth dry of its' natural resources - most particularly those that can be converted into usable Transformer fuel - has sort of fallen by the wayside. It's something that the Decepticons' fuel auditor, Ratbat has noticed as well - and he's not happy about it! The constant use of the dimensional Space Bridge, and the fuel consumed by the Decepticons on Earth has proven costly, and Ratbat's concerned that he's not getting enough value for money out of our world. Now, Ratbat comes to earth to personally oversee Shockwave's fuel gathering operations. Will the current Decepticon commander set Ratbat's mind at rest (at the expense of G.B. Blackrock), or will Ratbat have to take matters into his own hands (still at the expense of G.B. Blackrock!)? Whatever the case, the Decepticons' latest scheme looks set to involve the Autobots' long-absent human friend, Buster Witwicky!
