Summary Of This Issue:

All set for a much needed holiday after the traumatic events of the Underbase saga and the subsequent destruction of Starscream, Spike Witwicky, binary-bonded partner of Fortress Maximus, doesn't realise what's coming his way. There are a couple of mean looking dudes who are really wild to meet him! They're called the Pretender Beasts, and they'll stop at nothing - repeat, nothing - to get to him. Why do they want Spike so badly, and what have they got planned for him when they do?
