After the death of his friend Catilla at the hands of the Mayhem Attack Squad, the renegade Decepticon Carnivac attempts to infiltrate their base.
Needlenose, who trained with Carnivac knows just what the Pretender Beast is capable of and feels that a timed test is required of his colleagues abilities - something that Bludgeon, Octopunch and stranglehold don't take too kindly too - in fact so much so that only a timely intervention from Spinster stops Needlesnose head from being seperated from his shoulders!
Unfortunately for Needlenose he created the very diverson that Carnivac needed for a successful infiltration - into Needlenose's personal quarters.
Unfortunately for Needlenose, No-one believes him, so no-one comes to his aid...
