He is able to see radio waves. Causing chaos has earned him the respect of his fellow Decepticons. He has onboard heat regulators different from other Decepticons so that his smaller mass can distribute heat more efficiently. Microreceptors in his chest allow him to hear sounds that other Transformers would never catch, making him a unique surveillance tool.
