Jetfire

Variations: The Japanese release of MC-09 Jetfire differs from the US release of the toy. The Japanese version has a whiter shade of base plastic, additional/different paint applications, and various small differences in plastic color.

A later release of the US version of Jetfire as a K-Mart Black Friday exclusive (packed with a gold variant of Optimus Prime and various Mini-Cons) has a variation in its sound chip. The original US release of Jetfire features a ‘count-down’ sound when the tailfin is pressed on the gun. The later Powerlinx redeco of Jetfire removes the ‘count-down’ sound and the K-Mart Black Friday version of the original Jetfire deco lacks it as well.
