Ro-tor transforms into a combat helicopter, in which shape he performs reconnaissance and can appear soundlessly over enemies' heads. His right arm is equipped with the Heptor Saucer, which can slice through any metal. The giant rotors on his back are a shurikan that takes out targets on one shot. Ro-tor doesn't fly very fast, but he has a tight turning radius and regularly practices acrobatic flying when he has the free time. He enjoys open-air baths with a good view. Ro-tor can combine with the other four Decepticon Combiners to form Ruination.
