As pointed out by Baltmatrix http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0lqemebAJE at the 3:30 mark, Jazz has serious issue with his chest locking mechanism. Apparently there are slots to lock the upper body in place, but instead of locking the top pops back into car mode.
I have yet to find Jazz at retail, but I know a number of Seibertronians do have early release and retail figures, so I am wondering if this problem has been fixed for retail, or if like with Drift and Blurr (still waiting to find the latter) I need to sand something down for the chest to transform correctly and stay in place.
Since this is a fix/modification I figured this forum best for posing the question. If someone has already addressed the issue elsewhere my apologies for the extra post. If this problem has not been fixed when Jazz hits my local retail any advice will be helpful as I'd hate to pass on a great character because of something utterly ridiculously sloppy on Hasbro's part.
Thanks for the help!

I too would like to see a fix for this figure. Its such a shame that such a much anticipated figure that ended up looking incredible has this issue.

I had the opportunity today to examine RTS Special Ops Jazz out of package and unfortunately if there is no way to lock his upper body into place I'll have to pass on the mold. This is very disappointing as everything else about the mold looks amazing.
On the bright side, I also was able to examine Turbo Tracks out of package and that mold is solid and will look just as good as Wheeljack. Yeah X-Trava Con!
