Virtually everything about the PG OO could be replicated in a MG. The drives, segmented fingers, and useless joint locks are some of the few things that can't be.
After many years of waiting for a new PG I was disappointed with Bandai's effort at that price point. However, that's one of Gunpla's strengths. With so many models at different scales there is something for everyone.
I own over twenty PG's and OO is the only one I regret buying. I would happily trade my still sealed one for a PG GP-01.
Am I the only person turned off by the massive attachments to most of the new OO Gundams from the movie? These things make Virtue and Seravee look anorexic. Qan[T] looks good though.

Convotron wrote:It looks like the Real Grade RX-78-2 model kit is really going to implement some MG level engineering into a 1/144 scale model:
My question is: Will this model be stable or will it be touchy and prone to loose/weak parts?
If the RG RX-78-2 has the stability of current HG models but also be essentially miniature MG models, could this be a turning point for Gunpla development? How will the development future MG and PG model kits be affected? Could we see a similarly advanced 1/100 or 1/60 scale project from Bandai in the foreseeable future?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
