Well, this is good news, this could start a trend; Target could release exclusives, & Zellers could sell those exclusives without the ``Only at O`` tag on it.

Does the Canadian version have a sticker on the old BB's windshield with an arrow pointing to the button and the capion "push the button to start conversion"?

Yep, I saw this at the Zellers in the Alexis-nion plaza right next to my college.
And yes they do have the "press here to start conversion" sticker. I saw it.
The price however is kind of high, 34.99 with taxes comes almost up to 41 $ Your better off purchasing one of each BB deluxe if you can find them, which comes up to ~ 35$.
