Any idea where this came from?
Hey Seibertronians, does anyone have any information regarding this cup? A friend of mine picked it up for me at a thrift store. The copyright says 1986 Hasbro, Inc.

What more do you want to know?
I have a white mug with that picture and also a Galvatron mug. I've had both since about the time the first movie came out.

Just curious if it came in a set or something. You can't tell from the picture, but it's actually really small.

lol google image search for transformers dishes (safesearch moderate) first image is Megan Fox in a library with her boobs practically falling out (2nd pic is Josh Duhmel at a photo op)
Anyway, since google is no help, I suspect it did come in a set, maybe with some small plates, maybe a bowl, but that's just going on similar sets I'm more familiar with from back in those days. We had Looney Tunes ones, lol

There isn't much to know probably. It's a cup, you can put stuff in it, ostensibly tea or coffee but most liquids will work (though I'd suggest jelly beans). There was a lot of stuff with the TF brand all over it in the '80s, I've got one of those sliding tile puzzles with Soundwave on it, just enjoy your tea/coffee/jelly beans/ ramen noodles or whatever else and don't panic dude! '86? Movie promotion.

Crikey, chill out. I never said or suggested that you were twelve but if your memory works at all (mine isn't great, but I drink) then you'll recall that around that time there were all manner of everyday items with the brand emblazoned upon. I had pencil cases and all manner of contents thereof, cups, fridge magnets too, pretty much whatever you could think of. I've right now got a Scalextric style racing set with a TransFormers theme from way back then. We're seeing it again with the Baymovie stuff, it's normal and standard. Please don't be offended by my comments, they certainly aren't meant in that spirit. If it was packaged with anything then possibly a teapot. Easy, we're in this together.

I'm chill, man. I get what you're saying and I'm not upset. Never was. You just didn't provide an answer my question and have twice told me to relax when I wasn't freaking out to begin with. With that said, I'm going to go have an Ultra Magnus Espresso.
