Anyone else get an extra Prime Master with Micronus?

My Micronus figure came with an extra Micronus Prime Master in the Armor when I opened it off the card. Has anyone else had this happen with him or any of the other Prime Masters?

Was the packaging factory sealed and everything? No sign of tampering?

I mentioned this in the PotP thread, but I got an extra Prime Master with Vector Prime. This seems like a good area to track these errors.

More, and better pics. I believe what was actually being asked over in the PotP thread was a way to tell if the shell is full in package. Good luck all!
For Skullgrin, you'll likely only be able to look between the legs to see if the PM is pre-installed. For the others, a look inside the helmet might be possible too.
