First, I cut off the small tab on the foot of Kickback, as designated in these pics by red:


I then got to work changing the rotational parameters of the "wings" on wideload:


All this allowed the arm to be posed as such:

Then I got to work on Wideload. I decided the helicopters energon hand would be better for use on this one.
I shorted the end plug, and thinned the side plug:

This allowed the side peg to be fitted into the hole that is coloured yellow here:

This meant i could pose the arm like this:

So, when attached to Constructicon maximus, it looks like this, with full elbow movement
