About a year ago I posted a G.I. Joe-themed makeover of DOTM HA Autobot Whirl into Spinister with Major Bludd. All I really had a chance to do with "Spinister" at the time was modify his feet and slap on a Decepticon symbol, but I strongly wanted to repaint him because I hated that ugly brown plastic Hasbro used. Well, a few months ago I finally got time to do it, and now I have time to share it. He doesn't adhere religiously to G1 Spinister's color scheme; I just wanted to cover up that awful brown and make it at least appear that he had a windshield to him. I'm not a big fan of the Gray Plastic Syndrome, either, but my goal here wasn't a complete redeco, just something to look like it came from the factory with a little more creativity put into it.

Funpub needs to take notes. This is how you do a proper TF/GI Joe crossover, at least in my opinion .
