This may be a silly question. But here it goes:
Is Barricade transformed correctly in his Movie Toy Review, because in this picture it seems that his shoulders can rotate 90 degrees verticly:

Possible.
I think it looks better with the folded shoulders.

Somewhere I read that in the movie the front-section of the car becomes the front-section of his hands. In the toy, though, the front-section of his hands is the back-section of the car.

Nope, the front section is his hands.
The back end has the "Punish and Enslave" Decepticon Logo.

In the toy or the film?
An_de's right; in the toy, the back section becomes his hands. His hands have the "to punish and enslave" text on them.

Here's a prove:

It's little hard to see, but "Punish and enslave" is written on the front side of his hands.
In the movie - I don't have a pic but I remember from the film that it's the opposite.
