So Wheelie was an annoying orange little Autobot Twerp who threw rocks at the Dinobots and mocked them until they listened to what he had to say. Also he rhymed whenever he spoke, which was cool when Blaster, or occasionally Jazz, did it, but him doing it makes me want to hurt him. A lot.

I'm not sure why Hasbro felt they needed another brightly coloured "they can guard the base and look after the human boy" character when they still had Bumblebee wandering around, but then they added Arcee anyway. Oh, and Wheelie too. For some reason the Humans needed more than one babysitter now.

As for the toy, it's unfortunately excellent. After playing with my sisters' one, I sighed at how good it was and had to pick one up and put it on the shelf next to the other 1986 Autobot movie cast (in a "mixed media" format). He's decent enough, and his car form has a seat inside for me to put a Mordle in. Unfortunately the car mode doesn't hold together well and will disintegrate when looked at.

The last picture is of Rip Claw tearing Wheelie apart with her teeth and tail. No context or reason, I just wanted to take that picture. I hate Wheelie. Too bad his action figure is excellent.
