Without weapons, I have to go with Arcee here. She’s far better at hand-to-hand combat, even without her blades.
A total Prime fanatic with a Beast Wars username. I know, it doesn’t make sense to me either.

Twin Sonic Cannons
IIRC Blackarachnia's able to use her spider arms in robot mode. Even if we disclude their machinegun and venom abilities, it might be enough for her to get the upper hand.
