I just got done watching the episode of Beast Wars where Inferno first appears. He and Tigatron have a face-off but never get to the fight because Megatron and Primal join in. So. WQho wins this one? Big cat or lunatic bug?

Tigatron is stronger and smarter, but Inferno can fly and has better weapons. This is a really good fight. I wish they could have finished it. I think i will give it to Tigatron, only because in hand to hand combat he would beat Inferno, and if Inferno stays in the air and takes potshots at him, Tigatron can easily avoid them. So i think it will come down a physical fight, and Tigatron would win.

Watch episode 23, Law of the Jungle. Tigatron bests Inferno handily.

So Tigatron should win this fight.

Inferno is my favorite Predacon, I wish he would have put up a bigger fight...

My vote goes to Inferno. Tigatron held back a lot, and Inferno was a fearless pyromaniac. By the time Tigatron accepted the fact he would have to kill Inferno he'd be set on fire.

Count me in for Inferno. This is partly because I find Tigatron an insufferable bore who probably wears Birkenstocks and drinks acidophilus smoothies in his spare time.

Slightly more tactically, though, Tigatron is the kind of warrior that would fight with A Code. Not just to preserve nature, as others have said, but probably some sense of fair play.

Given the right motivation (Royalty!), Inferno would have neither of these notions holding him back. Scorched earth? Why not. Cheating a bit? Sure, it's all for the Queen. I suspect Tigatron would lose focus and open himself up for a killshot were Inferno to, say, set a tree on fire. Or squish a butterfly.

HK, wow, I really think about this stuff too much.

Yes, in the show. The good guys usually win, don't they? It's almost like some kind of unwritten law...

If those two have fought in a BW comic, then I'd go by that as a more accurate source. But I'm going with Inferno, because HK has noted some critical points.

Looking at the tech specs, Tigatron is generally superior and has a gun that fires paralysing fluid for some reason. He should win.

Inferno can fly and bombard Tigatron with missiles but Tigatron can dodge well and also leap up to grab Inferno if he comes down too low. It's possible for Inferno to win but he has to work hard and stay alert.

My money's on Tigatron but the outcome isn't that certain.
