I'm going with the Predator. I think the only way Fett wins is if he can successfully set a trap for the Predator from a distance. In hand to hand combat or even a firefight the Predator clearly is superior in strength and firepower. The only thing Fett has going for him is smarts, and even that's questionable. Predator wins.

Depends on which predator. The ones from the movies lose. The comics version would have Bobba's head on a pike.
