Is BTS headed in the same, died direction that Impossible toys headed.
Currently, The best source to get this answer. Is that 2015 TFCon July convention. As BTS attends that convention with upcoming products info.
Members like Daimchoc or other TF news agents. would have a higher success rate of digging around and getting to the root of this BTS company defunct answer. As some of these members often get asked by these 3rd party companies to act as liaisons to share info with the fans. These members just know more contact info than the rest of us do.
The different language barrier and privacy measures these 3rd party companies go through to keep stuff secret. Will probably make it difficult for an regular fan to find out this BTS company dead or alive answer.

They have been incredibly quiet after their last Novalord proto-shots, haven't they?Especially when it's announced/delayed for release June/July 2014.
Rated X wrote: boy you really want an Overlord don't you ? You've been heckling MMC and now BTS over lack of news on their Overlords. For someone who generally shuns obscure characters commanding "3rd party prices" youre pretty gung ho about Overlord. Maybe Botcon 2012 Gigatron is for you. Give it a chance, it's not perfect, but it's a cool toy.

I never put their Overlord on preorder because I have some general concerns about their products and this character is on such a large scale and costs higher than most figures... I can't just go on blind faith. It would be nice to hear about some type of update about this toy and the company in general, but I'm not sure that's common place. Impossible Toys went out in a bit of a hissy fit with some posts blaming the fandom. I can't think of any other "companies" that have stopped producing items and gave a farewell (this also includes HeadRobots).
I will say that the scene has mushroomed so much in the past few years, you've got to outmanuever the competition. Especially when vying for the market of a multiple hundred dollar product.
All we can really do is speculate as to the current status of BTS, except they are running silent.
