Well things could not be better for CDN TF buyers. TFA Leaders are down to $50 (Zellers as per 1337W422102's posts) and they are now $45 in the US:

I know what you mean! I hope the Deluxe prices drop. That'd be sweet. Here's my 'If Things Didn't Suck' Ideal-Yet Reasonable (Albeit Potentially Naïve) Price List:

Legends, $3
Robot Heroes, $5
Basics, $7
Deluxes, $10
Voyager, $20
Ultras, $30
Leaders, $40
Supreme, $55

Or something like that.

Deluxes should drop based on how much the Leader and Supreme have dropped IMHO. The best that I think we can hope for based on the price increases in the US of late may be these with some prices already applicable:

Leaders, $50
Supreme $65

BTW. Picked up Universe Unicron exclusive at TRU for $65 and the SW TRU exclusive Tie Fighter for $40.

I found 2 of the 2-Pack Universe figs at the local Zellers.
But I was rippin' excited to spot Universe Galvatron and Acid Storm AND Titanium Grimlock and Prowl at a local "Mom'n'Pop" CD/poster/band t-shirt/toys store called Secondspin.

May be back to get Grimlock later...

Found Acid Storm and Galvatron over the Thanksgiving weekend back home. Acid Storm is tight in some places, and loose in others (I'm guessing from mold degradation), but I had to get him, considering my sig and all. And none of it is bad enough to reduce his play value. Galvatron is really neat, I don't know why people are so down on him. He has his flaws, but the overall toy makes up for that.

I don't think Galvatron looks Galvatron enough. The tank is really WTF. The orange barrel looks really bad on it. Robot mode looks blocky and legs just look bad. Besides for the chest and head, it doesn't look like Galvatron. If I didn't know it was supposed to be Galvatron, I wouldn't have guessed it was him. Those, in a nutshell, are my beefs about him. Plus, some people aren't thrilled about the size.

Anyway, I was browsing a Zellers flyer and I found some more Sale News!

- movie Arm Blasters, $9.97 instead of $39.99. Yep, 75% off. They're really trying to move these things. Limit of 1, while quantities last. [PROTIP: I'd recommend just picking up a $10 Nerf gun instead, like the Maverick. Total awesome.]
