Cole from Infamous vs. Raiden from Mortal Kombat. They both wield lightning like it was childs play and both are pretty badass. Who would win?

Now, i don't know much about Raiden's full powerd, but Cole can summon an Ionic Storm. And Cole is impervious to electric attacks. And, if we're talking infamous 2 Cole, he can also use Fire or Ice. So, i say it goes to Cole.

Raiden, cuz he's the better fighter and probably more durable cuz he's a god, Cole is a mortal.

Cole is powerful and creative but Raiden is a God whose superior in every way. Raiden wins.

It has to come down to a hand-to-hand fight, seeing as they'd just end up absorbing each others electric attacks. Raiden is, obviously, the better fighter there.

And why, exactly, is it that they would just end up absorbing each others electric attacks?

Granted, I'm not an expert on McGrath, but I'm fairly sure that he has limits to his Electricity power. Raiden could simply keep pouring on the lightning until McGrath is overloaded.

Nope, there's no limit to how much Cole can drain. For him, more electricity just means more power. By standing on top of (and constantly draining) an electrical substation, not only was Cole rendered functionally immortal (Since he can use electricity to regenerate) he was also able to use all of his most powerful attacks without expending his own reserves.
