Technically, I should call these heads. My personal preference is not to bother wasting a kreon head piece to stick inside a helmet that has a mouth plate...especially if the characters optics take up the entire remainder of space. (For instance, Optimus and Soundwave look better the a head inside the helmet because they have "eyes" on their faces. But most of the combaticons have mouth plates AND visor-type eyes.)

And, of course, I have vests for these guys too...

Well, he does turn into a space shuttle...so you'd expect him to be the biggest of the bunch....

All of the heads are just about 14mm cubed. I figure that will make it easier for me to gut them for kreo/lego heads if someone really wants them as true helmets.

that is true, Blastoff really should be the largest one in the team... it's always bugged the HELL out of me when alt modes aren't in scale with each other and doubly so if all of the offenders are supposed to be on the same combiner team. I mean really Streetwise, really? A motorcycle the size of a Buick?

Mass shifting is for unimaginative suckers! lol

To be fair, Blast Off is supposed to be an unmanned shuttle.... But I have never seen one of those, so I don't really know how much difference that makes.

But these are awesome. I hate that my Blast Off Kreon is rocking the Mirage helmet, and even though I don't have it yet, Onslaughts helmet and face don't match his character at all.

I suspect Hasbro felt the Mirage helmet looked the most like the nose of a shuttle, but I concur that it leaves his robot mode a little wanting. I'm not sure I'd recognize him as Blast Off if it wasn't for the instruction manual. On the other hand, his helmet would probably make a great kitbash piece for a Battlestar Galactica pilot...

Hopefully, my models get it a little closer to the mark. I guess we'll find out once someone prints them!
