hi,
I am very interested in creating a custom Botcon Dreadwind as the figure is too expensive for me unboxed even.
I have never attempted creating a custom transformer before so I have a few questions
Wht type of paints should i use?
is it possible to use something to resculpture faces? such as clay etc...
would it be wise to find bootlegged Transformers and use them?
any help would be much appreciated

Congratulations on taking a first step towards becoming a kitbashing master. The best advise I could give would be to check out http://www.tfw2005.com and go to the radicons sections, then look for the tutorials section. They have some really great customizing ideas to play with and techniques. Also, I just recently found out about www.sector70.com and spent about 4 hours on there last night getting all kinds of wonderful little tidbits on making my customs much better. Go to the tutorials section as well to get some awesome direction. Good luck and I hope this helps you get started.
