The Energon Pub

This is my first kitbash, but with a little help from SteamShield at Shapeways and Reprolabels and some polyester glazing putty, I've got my custom Turbomaster combiner's voyager completed. Enter Thunderclash!

With a little more work I'll have Flash, Scorch, Boss and Hurricane, who will combine to form... Hyperdrive!

I've seen a number of Thunderclash conversions using that base figure, but you know what? I like this one the most.

The others you could see was based off the Prime mold, you've done enough to really set this guy apart. It also demonstrates just how much Hasbro dropped the ball on Turbomaster and Predator combiners.

Boss, Scorch, Hurricane and Flash are basically repainted with labels with heads and a few parts from Shapeways to help the robot mode match better.




Swapping parts from Battle Core OP and Motormaster, adding some parts from Shapeways, and a little polyester glazing putty to fill in the chest, slap on some paint and Reprolabels (then realize I painted joints and pins) and voila, Motor-Prime becomes Thunderclash





and ultimately, as combining is their gimmick, they join to form Hyperdrive!
