I have a Pepsi Optimus Prime that I bought back at SDCC in 2007. I want to replace the Pepsi decals with some G1 decals from Reprolabels. What's a good way of being able to remove the Pepsi decals?

To be honest, I wouldn't. Pepsi Prime's rare, and worth a fair chunk of change.

I thought there were a ton of him around.Just to be clear, too, I don't have the first one. This is the one that came with the trailer that holds the 20oz bottle or three 12oz cans. When I got him at the Con, they had a lot of them. Even one of the guys I went with had 3 he won right before we went. I could have gotten one from him for free instead of paying the 10 bucks.......

They're actually pretty rare now (>$100?).

I thought the majority of his Pepsi apps were painted rather than decals?

The ones on his forearms are decals. The rest are painted.

I know this may sound a little crude, but I usually just remove decals with my nails, then wipe any remaining residue away with alcohol wipes.

I've decided not to change the decals, since it has become a rare one to find.

I was just wanting make it look more G1 so I could get the add on kit with the Matrix and the jet pack. Plus I like the war ax accessory

Well. I am more of a fan of Pepsi than Coke.......

I'll leave it alone and still give it the add on kit....
