I say Dexter. He has invented WAAAAAAY more crap then the Test Sisters, and isn't even ten(I think) while the Test Sisters are in their teens.

So true. The smart siblings even have red hair and dumb ones have blonde.
Dexter was 100,000x's more innovative and creative, he beat the test sisters with little real effort.

that's not just it. The parent's personalities are switched, the villian is a lame kid with a bowl cut, and even dexter had a talking dog for an episode.

Really? I've only seen comercials, but that's just awful. A blatant rip-off of a show that was on only a few years ago on that same network.
*sighs* guess I'll just have to stick to the old cartoons on DVD...
