Aaaaaand now I must stand corrected. It turns out that this ISN'T based on the Million Publishing-proposed redeco of Drift. That one wasn't Deadlock like we thought it was. Turns out that the fan vote redeco of Drift was based on AOE Drift colors instead:

So this means............attention all Mods, please correct the byline then to AOE Drift recolor and not Deadlock.

This e-HOBBY redeco is Deadlock.

I'm just saying that the one Million Publishing proposed back for the fan vote was based more on AOE Drift than Deadlock.

Very curious about the comic. It's a Legends "spin off", but uses a character from IDW's lore. Or, it could be just a Legends Universe version of Deadlock instead of the main version, but then again, that cover suggests a more serious tone than what the more humorous Legends manga tends to offer. Guess we'll find out soon.
