I like them very much, they are actually better paintjobs then the originals, in fact if Ratchet looked like that in the movie it would be alot better, though not very realistic considering Puke green now symbolizes help.. but I guess if your seeing green puke then you should have some help..especially if its flying past you at great speeds..

I'm guessing store exclusives, and also, that Skywarp is mad about being snubbbed like this.

I like this traditional coloring on Ratchet better, simply because I've yet to see a green ambulance. Agree with Darksong on the "Ambulance" on his front, but I'm willing to let it slide. Hopefully the color sceme will translate nicely into robot mode.

Starscream, on the other hand? I'll have to see how the 'bot mode turns out nd, especially, which head he uses. Looks like he got the worst of both worlds, though... If they'd used the Classics or Energon Starscream mold, and colored it to resemble Movie Starscream's jet mode, I'd like it a lot more.

Ratchet could have been released as a different movieverse character... say, First Aid, maybe? But Starscream... That's definitely a half-and-half Starscream.

I am not too thrilled with the robot designs, so a change in color doesn't do much for me. I guess it's nice that they consider a more traditional color scheme.

I like the paint job on Starscream, but this is still the monkeyscream mold, so I'm sure it wil still look ugly in bot mode. :/

But Ratchet, ah, he is pure love! =) If I HAD to complain about something, I would say that I hope the "cage" parts and other parts that are black on green Ratchet end up black on this repaint Ratchet, instead of gray. Gray on gray is a bit boring. I'd still buy it, though. Very cool.

Yea I do like these 2, especially the more traditional STarscream look. I wonder if they are going to be released in the Movie Toyline as the usual 1 repaint per figure kind of thing they usually do. Starscream already has a remold as Thundercracker though, but then again the Titanium Thundercracker mold has been used 3 times so who knows!

Notice the strange insignias... the ratchet one makes more sense (autobot face in a cross), but maybe the starscream one is like a seekers seal???

they need the original head on there then it would be worth the price.. must be a test like I was saying.. straight otta the factory, or atleast I hope so, then there would be hope for a release..

I do like the ratchet, much better..

I like the Ratchet a lot too, although I like the colours of the original, too. I think they'll use that head on Starscream to fit in with the more G1-esque appearance.

Seeing the robot modes is really nice...

The Ratchet as 'First Aid' would work, but I'll bet you it's Red Alert...even though a Barricade repaint would seem better as him.

I like the Starscream, although the new head definitely looks strange with these colors, in my opinion.

But you know if they'd left the original head people would be saying, "They gave him G1 colours, why not use the more G1-esque head from Thundercracker!".

And if Hasbro ever read this they'd believe that Transfans truly are never satisfied, which might stop them doing stuff like this at all.
