So I've had an Encore Devy since he was released, but didn't really mess with him until last night. I knew there had been an issue with some Mixmasters not having a head, so as soon as it arrived I pulled the tray out to make sure it was there, but other than that I hadn't really checked him out since I already have a vintage set. I pulled him out last night applied all his stickers and combined him to replace the vintage one I have on display and discovered his leg connector seems to be warped. Scrapper is angled forward while Mixmaster is straight down making it difficult for Devastator to stand. Is this a common problem with all the sets or did I just get a bad one?

Hmm, mine's all right. Honestly, I hate that damned thing.

Do you mean the purple piece that connects Scrapper and Mixmaster to Long Haul? I did the same quick inspection on mine ... was going to wait until I do nothing but Constructicon galleries for a week later this year to do the Encore, G1 Europe, G2 Orange and G2 Yellow sets.

That would be the one. I'll snap a picture here in a bit to show you guys what I mean.

Here's an image, see how Scrapper angles forward. All the figures are fully engaged. He can stand, but it's a little perilous.

whoa... I don't have an encore Devs, but none of my G1's do that... Not cool bro.

Unfortunately, I believe you got a warped version. My Encore's connector is fine for that part.

I emailed BBTS to see if I can get a replacement.
