You know what? All of Animated. Seriously, even my least favorite molds are better than the best from most other lines! I am SO glad I got over my original overreaction to the style.

This. I'll never understand why so many people on these boards hate this line. Sure, there were definitely some QC and paint issues early on, and the aesthetic was a pretty big departure from what we were used to, but overall these toys had some great transformations and play value.

Well besides the clear 2010 set, there is the Hobby Exclusive Black Rodimus which reminds me a lot of shattered glass with the coloring.

I avoided the line originally when I started collecting, but more because i didnt know how it would look with my classic figures. But I dont mind the slight difference in appearance. The toys are well-made and some of them are just utterly fantastic.

I like most of the animated figures but I'd say Voyager Optimus, Leader Megatron, Oilslick, Prowl (either one), Jazz, Blurr, Lockdown, Arcee, Swoop, Shockwave, and Leader Bulkhead are my absolute favorites. I had to have those.

I want Rodimus badly but never got around to finding one in my area.

Soundwave is mandatory for Animated. You must have him, and he must rock out with Laserbeak.

Waspinator, Blackarachnia, Oil Slick, and Prowl round out my favorites.

definately a seeker mold, whatever colour/character you prefer. (i like skywarp myself) definatel must have shockwave, you MUST have shockwave.
lockdown and swindle are both excellent molds and worth having.
blackarachnia and waspinator are both nice as well
and i really like blurr, really nice in both modes.
