Until quite recently, I was uninterested in the City Commander armour due to lack of the Classics Ultra Magnus figure. However, last weekend, I was able to get one MISB for a great price on Craigslist, and I now want the armour. Since the set is sold out on BBTS and other places like that, I was wondering: Does anyone know whether or not Fansproject is going to be making any more runs of the set?
Edit: I'm also wonder if anyone knows if there will be a re-release of Defender.

It's hard to say but since they have already done 2 major releases of this set I would say no. The number of fans left who don't have this set already might not be enough to justify a 3rd release. Also, they have so much on their plate for this year they might just concentrate on those releases.

Re: Fansproject City Commander
I've been out of the loop for quite some time with the TF market, but I remember when the City Commander first came out. I bought without initially owning a Ultra Magnus for it.
I remember that shortly after it was sold out, it went from $75 to $250 rather fast. Good luck trying to find it. I'm also thinking that they won't rerelease it. They don't seem like the kind of company that would do it. That and the fact that that mold has already seen several repaints, I think the mold is done.
However, I do stand to be corrected in the event that my info is wrong. Being out of the loop for 18 months will do that to you.
