So i was walking in walmart to pick up my Human Alliance Barricade i had ordered to ship to store and low and behold, i see an open box Devastator to add to my ROTF collection.

Thankfully, all pieces were there except the wire ties etc, it was completely loose in box with no instructions (he wasn't hard to transform anyways).

in the past i thought i would have never liked this atrocity. But i actually like him! He's big, bulky, not hard to transform, looks badass next to my deluxes, scouts, and legends. But the motion sense on mixmaster is ridiculous.

I am actually satisfied with this guy. Especially for only $65.

Next to ez-class devy, he fits right in with the group.

It is better than people make it out to be. Its huge, sturdy, and the electronics are cool(in robot mode anyway). The only downside is he's only made of 6 vehicles instead of 9 like in the movie.

I've heard that Devs has a motion detection feature, but it has never worked on mine. I have to push that trigger on his chest to activate him. What does the motion detector do and how exactly do you make it work? :???:

motion sense allows in combined mode to have devy's robot voices instead of alt noises. It's a really really bad sensor, i walked out the store with Devy screaming. I wish i had known to keep him right side up to shut him up lol.

I think it only works when it's in vehicle mode. That's where it gets annoying, if a gnat in another room bangs it's head on the wall it sets the sound effects off. It's just too sensitive.

It wasn't the one I returned either. I repainted some Power Ranger toy all green and twist-tied him back up.

All around me they are 64$ in the box at Wally World and Target?

Why pay that much for an open one?

One of my nephews got one for X mas and had to bring it for me to see and transform for him.

I actually did kind of like it, but no robot modes and only a giant combined version kinda killed it for me.

I wanted to throw it into a wall to shut it up as well...........one annoying setup for the sound effects
