So i was cleaning out my parents attick for them and i came across all of my old TF and its awesome i was thinking of selling them cause there in perfect condition but i might just give them to my son instead i have about 50 of them.

Holy cr*p. I'd REALLY like to get my old Firecons, Seacons and Airialbots back. I wouldn't sell 'em, though.

Super sweet, dude! Especially if you are talking about a find of G1 Transformers, and if everything is still in good condition and complete! Depending on what you have, you might be looking at a small fortune in terms of value.
But to be honest, giving them to your son is a pretty good idea too! I wouldn't give them all at once though; best to keep him keen and not to spoil him: else he might choose some favorite Transformers and take less good care of the remaining ones.

Anyhow, I'd love to see a picture of this treasure trove!

Congrats on the score man!

How old is your son though? Those old vintage toys are worth a pretty penny. Wouldn't he be better off with something newschool and less valuable?

You could always sell some on Seibertron too if you felt so inclined :WHISTLE:

EDIT: Listen to me eh?!....I'm such a poacher......jeez. Taking toys from a child, i should be ashamed of myself.

Depends on how careful / how old the kid is. I was a careful kid with my toys when I was young: the only problems my old toys have are inherent to materials chosen: yellowing, rubber rot. But I didn't loose or break stuff.

MISB G1, I'd probably not give them though. And I don't know if kids nowadays would still even like G1 bricks, considering all the progress that was made with articulation.

Still, if billyd wants to sell them, I'd definitely be as interested in what he's got as much (or more) as the next person.

Kids don't care about articulation. I work in a after school program and brought in some old transformers new and old and the 87 88 molds are the favs because they can transform them without limbs popping off and all the kibble that is associated with the newer transformers!

My cousin and I are about the same age and my aunt kept all his toys from when he was a kid. So About a month ago I went to my Aunts house and spent the whole day digging throuh boxes. After 9-10 hrs, all I found was the little black car that makes the chest piece of menasor. That was it.

Younger kids would, because they're simple enough to actually be able to transform them!
