for most of these joints, i glued it together to line them up then once i knew it worked they got epoxy

The joint isnt a conventional joint, as it needs a hinge for the knee but also needs to rotate sideways for the transofrmation, theonly way was to put the ball in the centre so the socket can revolve arround it


The elbow was the most important to line up, the others can be out a millimeter or so ,
so for this i set the ball and socket before i cut joint in half

pritty basic pelvis, they are just ball joints on the slider thatw as all ready there, you might notice the hip/spine isnt glued into the torso

this is why the hip wasnt glued, its so he can rotate 360' and lean forward,back and to the side too

for the sholder there needs to be a telescopic ball joint, the arm needs to be by his side with no gap in robot mode,


after the epoxy set he can still transform.so far its a successful project, one of the shlder joints came a bit unaligned but not much to fix
