What/when/where did this Meg's come from?
If you can't see the pic, the face is black with a red "crown" and it has an orange top. I can't for the life of me seem to find any hasbro/takara markings anywhere.

Ok, snagged this today at a local comic convention for a couple bucks and have no idea whats going on with it. I've tried google to no avail and now I'm turning to you guys.
What/when/where did this Meg's come from?
