Hi,
I'm stumped by a G1 Pretender Thunderwing inner robot. I have this from childhood and it had a damaged part inside the leg. A very thin part of plastic that as a kid I must have caught when changing him.Iv'e just got another inner robot from some ebay bits and .... both the inner thin parts of plastic are missing,but theres no marks for them ever being there? Can anyone help with this as its driving me nuts checking it up and finding nothing. Is it a variant or is it just a clever owner doing a seriously good job of cutting both bits off and leaving no marks?

I tried to upload pics, but it won't let me as they are too large. if you want them sent I can e-mail them.

You can get a free Photobucket account, upload your pics there, and then link them to your post. It's free, and you probably won't run into any problems with the size of the files.

Well, a quick look at TFwiki and TFU seems to imply an interesting story. If I had to guess, the removal of those inner-thigh bits was probably a running change. Look at Thunderwing's and Sky Shadow's pages on TFwiki and click around on the links. You'll see two versions of both.
