Just so you know:

Fighting becomes Knight, and can use better weapons, and low-level black magic, and gets a boost to stats.

Thief becomes Ninja, can also use better weapons, gets a boost to certain stats, and certain magic.

Black Belt/Monk becomes Master, and gets a boost to certain stats.

The Mages become wizards. White and Black Wizards can use all spells, while Red Wizard, if I remember, gets to use better weapons.

1337W422102 wrote:In HL2, watch out for the Manhacks. Those flying razor robots are a pain. Cap them with the pistol from a distance, but if they get too close, whack them with the crowbar. They go spinning out of control and it's fun.

Ravenholm FTW. Sooo good. The Ravenholm level is better than Resident Evil 4.

I still get shivers even thinking about Toxic Headcrabs. A fear of spiders is not remedied by things like that. Toxic Zombies aren't much better.

Oh geez, I can imagine. The venomous ones are supposed to give everyone the willies. Crap, I just thought of their hissing rattle and my eyes started to water.

I've made the same noise confronting Toxic Headcrabs and most of the **** during F.E.A.R.. It was not a very masculine noise.

Half-Life 2:
Got an airboat, got a gun for the boat. Used the gun to shoot down a Hunter Chopper. I'm doing better than Gordon Frohman.

Now I'm at Black Mesa East. Hooray.

I keep having instincts from Garry's Mod. I keep reaching to push V during a fall, which, in Garry's Mod, is auto-bound to No-clip.

F.E.A.R.'s another of my favourites. I made the mistake of playing it at night last summer. I wasn't able to get any midnight snacks for a while, let me tell ya. I must have lost a few pounds.

 I know what you mean. Residual memory from other games... Right now, I often get my Ocarina of Time and Resident Evil 4 controls confused, since I play both with my X360 controller. I sure feel stupid holding down the Button 1 thinking Link will jog, or trying to get Leon to Z-Target zombies... #-o

Resident Evil 4 [PC]:
Found all the gems of the mask, put them in said mask, sold mask for $$$. Contemplating buying the revolver, I'll put it off until I need it. Found the Hive of those electric insects, they 'jacked Ashley. Reached the bridges part of the Castle.

It's weird, though, because the first time I played Half-Life 2, it was on Xbox, and it wasn't nearly as scary. I think it has to do with the PC version being two inches from one's face.

Half-Life 2:
I went to Ravenholm...It would have been nice, I dunno, blasting through the rubble to get back into Black Mesa East, and breaking Combine faces as usual, but they thought sending Gordon "Unholy Death God" Freeman far out of his way, and away from the actual fight.

Half-Life 2:
I'm on the level Sandtraps and..wait...Water Hazard...Sandtraps...is this Half-Life 2 or Golf?

Sam and Max: Night of the Raving Dead:
BEATEN! After how many months?

Sam and Max are no longer Zombies, I finally get to play as Max, though it's really Sam inhabiting max's body...and Max makes a press conference...as a Zombie.

Also, Bosco...IS MISSING! *Bum bum BUMMM*

Now for the Chariots of the Dogs.

EDIT:

Sam and Max: Chariots of the Dogs:
No progress, but this incredible line:

Max: I am still President, after all.

Flint Paper: That may be, but are you a bad enough President to rescue the dude?

EDIT2: I...think I just undid Season 1...

EDIT3: BEATEN! And Sam and Max caused the Big Bang.

Well, no screenshots just an aggravated PW.

The game I was playing on had a cheap hoster, whenever he'd start to loose he'd reset the game or change it. Seriously, I was winning with 20 kills and he hits reset.

I hate guys like that. They do it so they can preserve a perfect-win record, although it's just a big fat lie.

In Exteel, matches can't be reset (Once they start, they only end when the lock stops, or someone wins) and if you abandon a match, you lose credits, and you get a mark on your win-loss record, saying the number of times you abandoned matches. TIn short, there's no benefit to escaping a match, unless you have something really important to do.

Sam & Max: What's New Beelzebub:
As it turns out, the sewer below Sam and Max's office is the River Styx. They were not happy that they've been right next to the Gates of Hell so long, and were never able to exploit it. After causing the Universe by ramming Singularity with a spaceship shaped like a Sombrero, it really does seem like their M.O..

Sam & Max: Season 2:
BEATEN! Destroyed the would-be usurpers of Hell, the Soda Poppers. Since Sam and Max accidentally froze Hell over, Max was allowed to answer the phone when the Commissioner called, and also won the Nobel Peace Prize. (Sam essentially keeping his promise of allowing Max to answer the phone when Hell freezes over) Sybil got married to Lincoln, and the Soda Poppers get doused with a rather large amount of Lava.

Half-Life 2:
BEATEN! Deep fired Doctor Breen, the sonuva bitch. Of course, the G-Man still has a contract for Gordon's services. Unless the Vortigaunts have anything to say about it. On to replaying Episode One.

Completed the game on Expert. Stuck with 2 3-star songs, but the average is definitely closer to five so I'm satisfied.

[b]Crysis; Warhead

After the initial freeze wave which freed me from the sub, hijacked a hovercraft and chased after the general. Lost him in a battle against giant alien walkers but managed to meet up with a second nano-suit team. Considering these guys weren't in the first Crysis game, I'm thinking their story doesn't end well. Battled a full-size walker and managed to take it down, opening a tunnel.
On the other side of the tunnel, took out some snipers and entered a frozen carrier, clearing out the enemies within while my nano-suit team took a less direct route. Once through it, chased down the general but lost him yet again. Managed to meet up with the team again in a frozen factory complex. Next step, surviving against an onslaught of alien enemies.
Next up on Pimp My Jeager.

I thought I posted this. Hm.

Half-Life 2: Episode One:
Stop the Citadel from exploding, for now. Now Gordon and Alyx are rampaging through City 17, essentially finishing up the Battle of City 17 that had been going on since they went to Nova Prospekt.

Also, there was a video of Mossman, who just got her ass kicked by Hunter Synths. Although it isn't mentioned until Episode Two, she was looking for a mysterious, possibly hyperspace-capable boat, made by Aperture Science, who also made the portal Gun, GLaDOS, and a cake that was a lie.

Also, I want to hit G-Man over the head with a crowbar...okay, I can do that in Garry's Mod, but I want it to have an effect on the plot!

The cake's been a lie since Mario 64!

Metal Gear Solid: Integral [PC]:
Going for the Otacon ending, since I already have Meryl's and the Bandana effin' OWNS.

Got to the top of the comm tower. Used the rope to avoid getting molested by a Hind-D. Instead was hurt by steam. Hurray.

Met up with Otacon, had the 'Do you think love can blossom even on a battlefield?' discussion.

Now, to take down that chopper and beat up the camo'd dudes in the elevator.

I'll have to keep my eyes open, should I come across more content for the current "Plastic Gear Solid: Tactical Espionage Action Figures" storyline of my GI Joe photo-comic.

FF1: Dawn of Souls [GBA]:
Decided to poke around in the Earthgift Shrine before taking Shadowman's Advice (TM). Found the boss on the 5th level, was completely violated by him.

Combat Arms [PC]:
I got into the Closed Beta a few months back, and when the game went live after the beta, I quit. Major influx of n00bs really killed it for me, kinda like Exteel in the early days after the 2nd Closed Beta.

Had a sudden urge to play, so I spent the day getting the new client, updating it, trying to remember my account information, and reading GI Joe comics.

Played with a buddy of mine (knife duels FTW). Got promoted from Rank of Trainee to Recruit.

That is because Shadowman is always right. Shadowman is perfect so Shadowman refers to Shadowman in the third person.

After defending my team from an alien onslaught, was disturbed to find our explosives were duds, rendering us trapped with no way to enter the collapsed tunnel. Cue random blast from enemy alien walker which miraculously blasts open the tunnel. Thank you giant genocidal frost alien monster.
I took the tunnel and high-tailed it, only to have the tunnel collapse again and trap my team outside again. Sorry guys, you're on your own while I wander through a dark mine shaft. I'm sure they'll be fine. :worried:
In the tunnel, took out more KPA but usually let them get iced (pun intended) by the frost aliens. Found my way through the tunnel to their (the KPA) underground transport station. Killed countless guards and boarded the transport train which is carrying the container I was chasing earlier.

Spent hours on Wily's fortress, making it to level 3. REturned to the stage select screen to buy more supplies only to find that exiting the level takes you back to the first wily stage. D'OH!
worked my way through, more or less memorizing all the traps and tricks involved and reached the 8 robot masters again. after many, many, many, MANY trial and error sessions, I've now memorized the bosses' weaknesses and have gotten quick draw challenge awards on most of them. Took many shots at Wily but having used up all my E-tanks and M-tank, I simply can't beat him. after about 4 hours, giving up for the night. getting to Wily is easy now so I'm only an hour away from victory next time.
Next up on Pimp My Jeager.

Reached Rank 3 - Private. Got a nice cash reward. Played a few rounds with a friend, had fun with Pistols-Only rules and a Knife-Only match in the Junkyard. Felt like hobos.

Yeah, I've been playing this game on and off for years. It always get to the point where I just get to frustrated and stop playing for a long time.

I just got to the Seymour Natus fight. Man Seymour sounds a little fairy like, but yet he seems to kick my ass on a constant basis.

Game Beaten. It pays to come prepared. A few extra e-tanks and I even managed to get a quick draw achievement off of wily.

The Car Auctions are currently on, so I sold my buddy my Class 6 RX-8. He's loving the hell out of it. He gave me some money so I could get a used Audi for my Patrol missions. Retired my Patrol Mission Supra.

I should reach Level 62 today.

Combat Arms [PC]:
Reached the next Rank, Private First Class.

Paper Mario:
Guess how this one starts!

Peach gets kidnapped by Bowser, of course. Bowser has a new weapon called the Star Rod and...hey...isn't that an item from Kirby? Dedede steals that. Hm.

Mario got royally beat down because of Bowser's new toy. Now the Seven Stars (Very likely the ones from the last game) are asking for help...where's Geno when you need him?

Mario is saved by a bunch of Goombas, who, shockingly, don't seem him as some kind of Harbinger of Death, despite everything he's done in past games, like in the book version of I Am Legend.

Continued escorting the train in the hopes of stealing the alien cargo. Luckily the train had mounted turrets that easily let me destroy any attackers. Let it be on the record that shooting the tires off a vehicle moving fullspeed nets some fun vehicular acrobatics. When the train came to a stop, pretty much leveled a small KPA outpost in the hopes of reaching the train controls only to find the controls had been smashed. Grabbed a jeep to chase after the train and boarded again.
Train was unexpectedly forced to stop in a swamp where the aliens made their own attempt to recover it. Fought off the onslaught (funny, in the original Crysis I felt the Gauss rifle fairly useless, live and learn). Train moved again.
Train came to a stop on a bridge where the KPA leader attempte to steal it. I decided to blow it up but instead of letting him have it but he countered by throwing a hostage out of a helicopter. I caught the hostage but we were both dangling from the bridge. Decided to drop the rescued hostage (at his request) and blow the bridge anyway.
When I came to, the bridge was destroyed but the KPA leader had used the helicopter to cart away the container. the hostage had died in the fall. Took out my rage by drowning a KPA officer who had survived the incident as well. Looks like my mission was failed until I saw the helicopter in the distance. Time to go hunting again.
Reached the KPA airport and trying to intercept the container before it leaves. Currently nearing a triple-digit body count and loving every moment of it. :APPLAUSE:
