You know, when this was first announced by Hasbro, I admit I couldn't see how it could be made and hated the idea.
But now that I have RTS Perceptor, man do I see it now!
The chest is almost spot on, even the head looks a little like the animation model (although Hasbro did say they would give him a new head), I can totally see this work. Maybe different forearms and replace the shoulder cannon with something different.
I so want three now.

The head retool will G1 Perceptor toy accurate, with mouth plate. That design isn't too far off from one of the Reflector robots, who coincidentally was designed by the same person.

I think Perceptor will make a good Reflector. I don't care if he gets a new head, but I hope he gets a new shoulder weapon, new forearms, and preferably the circle on his chest.

So you'll have to buy 2 Perceptors and 3 Reflectors, swap the heads and get 3 semi accurate Reflector drones and 2 toy accurate Perceptors. That kinda sucks.

Won't happen - just the head was re-done.

I dont like the head, namely his face, on Perceptor. If the head on reflector (haven't seen pics of Reflector yet)looks more like what Perceptor should look like i will get two of them just so I can have a better head for Perceptor.

yeah i was looking forward to generations reflector too. But seems like DOTM cancelled the generations wave. And so reflector gets cancelled by default :sad:

i still can barley find the last 3 waves (scourge / wheeljack / warpath) at retail :sad:

And im not paying ebay/ collector shop prices for thoese.

Hasbro has confirmed Generations will continue on a later date. likely after the movie hype has quieted down. Nothing's lost yet.

I'd also like to add that even though the head retool has already been planned, Reflector was only cast as a possibility.
