I recently aquired a boxed Defensor set

I think it was a creek release as the back has 'EL GRECO' on the back and in a white circle on the front.
has Trasformer in a yellow box above the ER of the TRANSFORMERS

it is dated 1985 hasbro etc and this box certainly does have some wear to suggest it is an original box

the figures are missing the Rubsign except groove so I am guessing that these were not the original contents on this box.

my questions are

did Greece release this boxset ?
are there fake combiner gift sets in different languages as I am only aware of the english worded ones ?

I thought I would check with you guys as I would like to know what I am selling before I sell it
as I try to avoid knock-offs

I will try to get some pictures up later tonight

There were most certainly Greek transformers and notably in that line was a giftset Defensor.

Okay- post was bad info so I took down.

Just make sure the contents inside haven't been replaced with a knock off, which is readily available in Greece with rubsigns and all accessories.

all the figures were missing rubsigns excepot for groove who is badly discoloured anyway
I am confident that they are genuin,what did concern me was that Fefensores parts such as the shoulder armor have no stickers but this could just be stickers were never applied or taken off for some reason
The quality is good which is another plus also the boxset knock-offs have not been around that long and this figures do have some general playwear

I also got the stunticons from the same lot/ a couple were spanish and the rest Europe released and some other bots which are genuine

is there any definite way to tell if they could be fake as I do not want to sell them as original if they are not as I value my ebay reputaion and I am not a fan of fakes anyway as I do feel it ruins the collectable market
