Help Me Plz

I am trying to identify this figure that was found in a toy collection that was given to me by a friend. I believe it to be a part of a larger unit but cant find it or a larger unit it might fit into. It has a red body with blue arms and head also has a white breast plate on. It says copyright hasbro 1986 on the back. It does not transform but has a slot on the bottom that slides open and a opening on its back that looks as if something attaches. Attached is a image of it. Any help would be apreciated. thank you.
