Any one get this?
I am curious as to how it compares to the DS Lite, I've heard the screens are better/brighter in addition to being bigger. I have poor eyesight so I was thinking of upgrading but I can't find a demo unit on display anywhere in my local area....
I would have a home for my DS Lite, a relative to give it to, but I'd rather not throw down a large chunk of change blind....

I'm perfectly happy with my DS Lite. It kind of sucks that people who own A DSi won't be able to transfer the games that they had downloaded to the XL model.
A larger screen would be nice for RPGs since the numbers on a regular DS Lite tend to give me eye strain sometimes, but I just can't see myself upgrading.

there's a new DS coming out this summer or autumn, with 3D technology for which you won't need glasses.
The hell how many variations do they want to make for this thing anyway?

Considering that each version they release sells like crazy, I don't see them stopping any time soon. What they need to do is start making better games for the system.

Well, it's this Autumn in Japan - it's not projected to be in the USA for over year after that.... :-\
