Rotf Soundwave would die first because he lacks the voice, and his only attack is to well.....
Cybertron Soundwave would die next because he is just well....
Animated and G1 eould have a super awesome battle, but in the end G1 would win.

I don't remember any Unicron trilogy Soundwaves.
Anyway, Bayverse Soundwave showed he was versatile in that he hijacked a satellite in space and monitored Earth's communications. Then he came down to Earth and fought there.
G1 Soundwave is good but not so versatile.
I'm not so familiar with Animated Soundwave.
Bayverse for me, on balance. Also, more realistic depiction.
