United Kingdom Transformers sightings

Congratulations, have a virtual rum!
Don't believe I've seen any concept BBs, but then again I've not been shopping for the movie line. Isn't the Argos 2 pack with voyager Prime supposed to be the best bet for these?

Has he even hit our shelves yet?
I didn't know we were getting his wave yet...

EDIT:- Yar, it is the best chance of getting 08 BB as far as I know.
If you can find it in stock that is.

Lol, completely forgot about the Argos 2 pack. Mind you, is the Optimus in that pack half the size of the leader class Optimus?
What worries me is, the pic on the argos website shows the 70's style bb, not the concept version.
And thanks for the virtual rum, i'll drink it after i've eaten this dead rat, yargh!
Just looked on epicheroes, says 08' bb is out on 6th of next month, hope he's on general release by then, i'll still be on holiday in yorkshire then, see if Leeds FP have him in stock.

Has anyone seen any release dates for any of the other Wave 3's? I'm probably the only person who wants Dreadwing but hey-ho.
And is Barricade still around?

Hey piraty peeps! I need your advice! Heres a fun question! I gots £50 which needs to be spent, should I buy my lonly gecko a girlfriend, or some shiny TFs? It wouldnt normally bother me, but I just got Titanium WW Megs, and he = disapointment. So, I dunno, I'm just hurt about Megs and havent really seen any TFs of late I thought WOW at. I need someone to tell me what to buy!!
Oh and Leonardo I saw a few Barricades at both Wilkos and Woolies, but I'm near Liverpool so I dunno if that helps.

Meh, I was updating my "if money was no object" TF wishlist and he just about made it on there.
Probably because I'm short on Decepticons but (shockingly really) I seem to prefer the "not appearing in this movie" decepticon line (wreckage, dropkick, payload anyone...) to a lot of other lines - the "clone-eye" head doesn't really do it for me though.

Got Tit WWi Megs and Classics Mirage today.
This made me happy.
Started applying stickers to my WSTFs today.
This made me happy.
My dad had a go at my mate and which resulted in my mate deciding that actully he'd rather go home and brave his drunken and annoying perants and relatives.
This made me rather angry.
End result, Im still rather angry.

Trust me, its the '08 version, im one of the lucky ones to have an Argos that stocked it, and it is a 2 pack, not 2 separate toys, just Argos putting the wrong picture in the catalogue...here is proof:

Hmm, I'm trying to decide if I should get a Blitzwing on Ebay.uk. Never bought off ebay before, but I didn't realise those DIY kits are from the US and the price of delivery (and lack of using P.O.) really makes it iffy. I could afford a proper G1 Blitzwing 100% complete if I did some shuffling of finances, and as a classic Blitz isn't looking too likely, I'm tempted.
The guy has 100% feedback. What do the other piratey peeps think? Is £16.99 not including p+p a good price for a Blitz with all his accessories and the instructions? Appears to be in great condition.

Sorry to hear that matey. How's Megatron?
I really don't see why people don't like him that much...
Also, Tangent you can give me your £50 and your Megatron if you like. For free of course. I won't charge you a thing!

£17 excl. p&p sounds pretty good for a Blitzwing to me. Go for it!
In times like these, ebay has been one of my best mateys. Never let me down to date. Just finding the right alt in stock is a problem, but it's always being updated so the possibilities are endless!
Voyager Prime looks excellent. Definetly getting that version rather than shelling out £40+ for the leader one.

I love and hate ebay in equal measure. Closest I've ever had to a problem was an Energon Downshift that failed to arrive, but that was from one of the larger sellers and they sent me another one no quibbles. It can be addictive though. Getting all of the 'on the day' figures from this year's Botcon meant sitting up until three in the morning several days running waiting to jump on auctions that were ending at reasonable hours in the US. Once you start just make sure that you don't end up in a bid frenzy before you know what you're doing with yourself. Don't get a credit card, they are pure evil, but if you're working your bank shouldn't have a problem with sorting you out a debit card. You can't spend more than you've got with these (well I can, but I've got a £1500 overdraft) and they're just as acceptable for a paypal account.

He's not as good as he is in the comic, but then again, most of the 6inch tits have not done their charecter justice IMO (apart from Rodimus Prime).
He does however have a pretty nice robot mode, and he looks and poses pretty menacing.
Just forget about the alt mode, I've seen Action Masters with better alts.
Not entirly sure why, but right now he is my fave of the 4 6inchers I have (the other three being Magnus, Rodimus and Sounders).

Arr, I never use a credit card or debit card on ebay. I know how dangerous it can be, especially being a loose cannon with money like I am.
I guess it limits me somewhat, but I just send money orders, postal orders or cheques.
Good to know his bot mode's good. My tits hardly see alt mode anyways. I prefer displaying them posed on their stands.

I'm asking on here because I'm a tad disgruntlted at the moment, but with any luck I won't be if anyone here can help. I was browsing the teletran-1 TF wiki site earlier, and found out about a book called The Transformers Legends by David Cian. Found 3 on amazon.co.uk (at about £60+) and one on another site for about £26. I've looked on waterstones and whsmiths sites with no sight of it, anyone know of another online bookstore that may have it, or if you have a copy you no longer want?
Me thanks to ya me buckos!

Thought I'd share this here as there's no way that the yanks would get this guy's brilliance. This is my mate Chris Hotknives from Bradford. He's played quite a few gigs here in Thirsk and as well as being one of the funniest people you could hope to meet he's also one of the most genuinely nice folks in the world. He even took the Sean Connery skit that I'd been playing around with for about two weeks and improved it off the top of his head. Pure genius.

I've never really been tempted by either Voyager Prime or '08 Bumblebee...
...but seeing them both together makies me want them.

i dunno, i still want a leader Prime at some point, Voyager Prime looks pretty small and weedy when you stand him next to Ratchet and Ironhide in both alt and bot mode...
