i think i've heard of this in a video review or a reply on one of the articles here but
how do you solidify rubbery plastic ?
i ask this because i'm planning on getting revenge of the fallen bludgeon and i'm not really a fan of bent rubber plastic swords so. . .
anyone help me out ?

Far as I know there's no way to do that. The sword is made of
PVC. Once you cast PVC, you can't really change it's properties.
Best thing I can come up with would be to make a mold of the sword and cast a new one in resin. You'd need to add a wire to reinforce it though.
