So what are the differences between a Pave Low and a Superstallion? At a glance they look the same.

Both were developed from the CH53 Sea Stallion. The Pave Low in its various configurations is a former Air Force craft optimized for low-level (nap of the earth) special operations and clandestine insertions/extractions. It's been replaced by the Osprey convertible aircraft.
The Super Stallion is in present service with the US Marines and Navy. It's much more powerful than the Sea Stallion having almost twice the lift capacity.
