Whats the best way to clean packaging?

- Weapon: Saber Blade
picked up a mint condition figure off ebay & the box has mold or dirt on the side of it, whats the best & safest way to clean it off? First thought were those moist wipes for electronics & eye glasses but figured i should ask around just to be safe.
