I know that you know.

A good night was had, probably should have started on the beer and moved on to the brandy rather than the other way around though...

There was mention of the thigh mod to Tit Magnus a few pages back. I've done that one but something was still bothering me about him, namely his launchers attatching 'upside down' in robot mode due to how the connectors are placed on the left and right sides. While I'm sure that someone will have done this before me I just thought I'd share the results of swapping out his shoulders.

He still transforms okay like this although the faction symbols that are now visable in carrier mode are the other way on to the one on his cab.

A quick piece of advice for anyone still needing classics. The sunderland wilko's had more than one of each figure. I managed to pick up 2 astrotrain's to complete my collection (bar devastator), so if you can get there why not take a trip.

Gargh! Happy belated birthday to ye :D Aargh! I've missed ye Brits whilst on me holiday to Southampton (mainly spent in TRU, Entertainer and Forbidden Planet, where I gots me a Matrix Quest trade paperback fer a meager 5.99 dubloons Yargh! and also gots me thar Grimlock and Screamer packs of Robot Heroes from TRU Hoorargh!) Then I sailed to Cornwall, mainly bodyboarding and trying not to drown. Went to thar Eden Project, so bored was sorely tempted to burn thar place to the ground Aargh!, then I be leaving Newquay on thar day of the fire in thar hotel. Knew nothing about till bout two hours later, from there, I sailed to thar Isle of Wight, where I went on a tour of friends and relatives, so no TF's fer me then Gargh! And now I be back home, still waiting fer me Transformers:Escalation from Play.com Gargh! Where thar hell could that be?! As fer ye, Master Blaster, I be off to surf thar internet, looking fer front page worthy stuffs nowe Aargh! Look what ye made me go do! Aargh! And also, no time in hospital fer me this time around hoorargh!

I got escalation from Play, when I ordered it, it was out of stock, and took a while for them to get some and send me one. I'd imagnine the same is happening with your order. (That reminds me, Ive got some cd goodness ariginb from them in the next day or so.)

How was Cornwall? As **** as it was when I lived there? (Cornwall, esepcilly the top end of it, is an utter **** hole full of very misserable bastards.)

How was the Isle of Wight? I miss living there, great place.

Aargh! Ye probably be right about Escalation Aargh! Hopefully, it be worth thar wait :D As fer Cornwall, it be a bit mehish. Thar waves were massive, thar Eden Project sucked, apart from that not much else, and all thar Tescos be having no Tits! I be most annoyed about that  As fer the Island, it be as great as ever, although thar weather be not very nice whilst I was down thar Damn! I used to live thar as well, fer about five years, then I sailed up here to Kent, because of me Dad's job Gargh! If any of ye be down on thar Isle of Wight, head to Brighstone (or something like that, will put proper name up later Aargh!) and go to thar Three Bishops pub, it be owned and run by me uncle Chris and his wife. It be having a make over soon, so should be really nice Aargh!

Gaaar,
There be many fine hostelries on the Isle,
Most notable for my dubloons are The Steamer/Spyglass Inns (esp. if Remedy be playing) and The Crab And Lobster in Bembridge. They do the best seafood on the whole of the island, if that be yer thing.
Not a pub, but if ye be on the Isle ye have to go to Blackgang Chine and pay homage to the world's biggest pirate...

I know that it's really early to be thinking about this but if Auto Assembly is back on next year what would people think about doing a pirate fancy dress theme for the obligatory forum meet up? It would make for some excellent photos of the day and confuse the bejesus out of the non Seibertronians!

I'd been YEARS since I sat on his feet!

The Needles is also well worth a visit if anybody is on the island.

Garrr, me too. I be trying to get a job at V festival next year as a guard. I can use the booty from that two day job to pay my way in auto assembly!

Garr, ye shall never beat me Frimal! I be the greatest scout on these seven seas!

Good ta see ye had a fair time! The Eden Project is expensive hippy crap. I really wanted to burn it to the ground I did!

GARRR! Why did I never thinks of flipping the arms?! I'd rather have proper missiles than bot symbols! :D

I looked through the tf comic today. I didn't know that BW, the Gathering would be in it! I shall begin buying it right away!.

Any chance of grabbing one of those Astrotrains for me? I'd quite happily paypal you a tenner plus postage and still save on what I'd part with on the evil bay. He's the last Classic deluxe that I need and I've had no joy on him in three Wilkos so far.

Hopefully Auto Assembly will be back next year. It's always a good laugh, my favourite parts being spending far too much with the various dealers and propping up the bar with Big Grim

Take it that's the end of the month? Drop me a PM just to be sure that I haven't found one by then but otherwise yeah, that'd be great. I'm not expecting to get out of lil' ol' Thirsk much in the next few weeks anyway. The bank's knocking £500 off my overdraft shortly so I'm sort of trying to avoid city centres and all the temptation they bring...

Just had an all members email from Auto Assembly. For the most part it was hawking ebay auctions for AA merchandise and early issues of the Cybertronian times but did finish on this little titbit:

Simon Plumbe wrote:Finally, a lot of you have been asking about Auto Assembly and whether
or not there will be another convention...

Well, we're working on plans for Auto Assembly 2008 as we speak so
we'll keep you all posted on developments there so stay tuned!

Not particularly news worthy but this is the first word that we've had from the organisers about next year's event since Sven posted some test images of the 2008 logo several months ago. I'll keep you all posted on any announcements.

The Forbidden Planet on Shaftesbury Avenue in Central London, as of last night, had:

1x Arcee
3-4x '08 Bee
4-5x Dreadwing

I got me an Arcee and Dreadwing (I didn't include those in the above numbers.).

Everytime I look at Dreadwing I like him a little bit more except for his stubby legs. Arcee is just awesome incarnate.

The only downside is they are £12.99 each...but I didn't want to pass them up in case I can't find them again.

hmm..excluding present company, but are the residents of Seibertron.com a bit stupid?

Ive seen forum posts of the pics of the WWI Grimlock that Don (WWI writer) has posted both here and on TFW2005, and nearly every other post on our forum is 'durr...err..why is Grimmy a tank?', it seems as if not many people here have even heard of the War Within comics...let alone reading them, where as everyone over at TFW knew what it was
