EDIT: Re-read your question, well one of the Canadian stores lists the 2-disc edition as both normal DVD and HD-DVD so it should be available for both...

But since the HD-DVD format can hold more data...will it have more goods then the 2 disk DVD?

Thats the question that needs to be asked I think.
